@nanlovenet Singapore was constructed by Burmese engineers and 4 roads were given the name of 4 cities of Burma; Rangoon, Mandalay, Prome & Moulmein. So far, these names exist in S'gapre. S'gapore municipal acts are old Rangoon municipal acts (colonial days).

Incredible! Thank you for sharing a part of history that has long lost but certainly not forgotten. I firmly believe that all things are possible, togehter we can build a better tomorrow. Do not be discourage, do not be disappointed but be lifted by these images of the past, be empowered to do wonders for our Sacred Motherland that is plagued by foreign invaders. We, the Khmers, are the rightful owners of the land therefore; we should have no fear going about executing those rights!

Cambodia would be the powerful country if there wasn't a decade civil war. If we have good leaders, Cambodia is now the best of Asia. In 1965, some other Asian countries were still poor in their economy, while Cambodia were very strong in every sector, education, agriculture, industry and diplomacy. For instance, Singapore, who is now the strongest economy country among Asia, was duplicate the Phnom Penh map(flower city) from Cambodia. It is unbelievable, but it is true. Some Singapore accept it
