I BLAME ENIX, back in the days when it was called squaresoft the games were just perfect

  • Lost Odyssey > all FFs made by SquareEnix.

  • If you compare this masterpiece to XIII-2 (I dont know about the game quality and wont judge) then you understand what pure talent can do and evolve a game.

  • @Bushiey I agree, I just finished it a little while ago and I couldn't help but think how it had the potential to be much better, but ended up kind of falling flat. The whole, "you're my friend, but also.. MY RIVAL" thing is so fucking played out at this point.

  • @Tvirus

I personally did not like SO4 at all. The gameplay was GREAT, story was just horrible!

  • @Bushiey In fact, Star Ocean is made by TRI-ACE. No real involvement of Square of Enix in terms of development. And yeah, Star Ocean saga rocks so much ass! Nowadays, I consider it my favourite, considering how crappy FF saga had become after 10.

  • @brandons3 no, square alienated Sakaguchi, so he left square and took a dozen of his comrades with him

  • Sakaguchi was a great man. UNTIL.

Dammit I've been waiting for years and no more RPGs by him for the 360?

OH GOD THE LAST STORY ON THE WII.

    OMG I HAZ NO WII.

OMG I CANT BUY A WII.

    T.T

Will it be remotely possible if The Last Story was ported to the 360? =P I know I'm asking for the impossible, but...

  • This is fucking fantastic!

  • @Zingrad sakaguchi said no to a ffx sequel. did you not notice how easily characters die in his stories? its what makes us go emotional while playin his games. both sakaguchi and uematsu made what ff was back then, now the series is a giant falling meteor ready to deal 9999 damage on all loyal ff fans.

  • @Yuzoboy

I'm gonna say you are incorrect. Sakaguchi produced it, but did not write it. So I still do not consider it a sakaguchi game just for that fact.
