PadNotes is now called TakeNotes and is available in the app store. This is a preview video of the PadNotes App for the iPad. PadNotes is a new app for the iPad that allows you to write or text on any document using an image or PDF file as the background. The App should be available soon in the Apple App Store pending approval from Apple.

I agree, the UI is good. But I am still comfortable with my note-taking app I bought at majorspot[dot]com. It is easy to use and I can convert immediately my notes to PDF format. I forgot, its name is Ghostwriter Notes. :)

I can no longer find the app Take Notes in the app store. Anyone know where I can get this of if it is still available? Thanks

I imported a scanned image. It came in as Landscape and I need it to be Portrait to be able to type on the blanks. How do you rotate an image in TakeNotes? Otherwise an awesome app? Where else can I find support?
