@S14R1 I did a carfax for shits and giggles about a year ago and the damn thing is registered in TX now. My insurance company ( USAA ) never told me when it was found or when/where it was auctioned like they should have upon finding it, after paying me out for the car. That was a long time ago though and I was on my parents insurance plan at the time, now I'm on my own plan and I'm thinking maybe they called my mom who doesn't give a sh*t about some "toy car".
