Only Akeem was ever as dominant on both ends of the floor as David Robinson. He never played with a decent point guard and yet he always kept the Spurs in the hunt. Had David played with Stockton, for example....he would have alot more Rings.

The reason I started watching basketball and became a fan of the Spurs. Plus a team only an hour away. I can only imagine how many more championships the Spurs couldve won with a prime Robinson and young Tim Duncan. Im so glad I got to see Robinson play in person many times. People forget he could run up and down the court like a guard and defend better than others bigger than him. He was so good at stealing too. Well deserved Mr Robinson!
