We are offering a set of 3 coffees from a mill in El Salvador, El Manzano. Emilio Lopez Diaz conducted an experiment to process the exact same batch of Bourbon coffee, harvested the same afternoon, with 3 different methods: traditional wet process (washed), pulped natural, and dry process (natural). Here I discuss only the appearance of the green coffee and roasted samples. On our forum (sweetmariascoffee.com/forum) we will be discussing the very clear taste difference between them, etc. -Tom
