Do that in Sydney and you have your car taken away by the Police. You get it back after paying fines and 3 months has passed. Do it a second time and they take your car and sell it.
If you were my neighbour doing that out the front of my home. I'd direct the police to this video so they'd have evidence to take your cars away.
