  • Can anyone give me the definition of Bucket Brigade? Btw this pedal sounds awesome!

  • I have this pedal. It sounds great. It uses 2 Coolaudio V3205 BBD chips. I did a little research. They're based on the Panasonic MN3205, also made in China. Looking at the spec sheets, the only difference I could find is that the Panasonic had a S/N ratio of 67dB while the Coolaudio one has a S/N ratio of 60dB. So, I imagine the Panasonic one sounds slightly cleaner?

  • what kind of ic chips does this use?

  • wow great sounding pedal. I have an old vintage big box green MXR from the 70s with the fixed AC chord that is also darker, this one sounds really good, that percussive thing is cool, and dangerous at the same time. The big box vintage MXR doesn't do that, it sounds more resonant and darker than this one. Would like to have 600ms

  • aye, the carbon copy tends to remove all the attack in the delayed signal. Its nice, but not for u2 kind of stuff.

  • the carbon copy is more dark sounding to me and has a very dynamic response (almost like fixing the level of the effect with your fingers)

  • Comparing this to the MXR Carbon Copy pedal this pedal sounds like it retains more of the original clean tone, to my ear anyway.

  • waht's the diference between mock 1 & 2?

  • This or Carbon Copy?

  • sounds like the mxr carbon copy, but the mxr pedal is a little bit better.
