hey maybe you saw me!! i came and ran, all the way from Scotland, and yes. god was it cold!!!
-
Well since it's really cold I think I could probably go as far as to my cars door. which is probably about 10 feet from the back door.
-
Awesome video. HonestlyI think I could do 5 miles before my ADD kicked in maybe 7 if I was indoors.and there was some incentive like the chance to meet Kevin Spacey or something like that :P

4. Your "random girl we don't know" is Maddie. She's a younglife girl that Annette has been mentoring/training with. She's super amazing.
5. QOTD: I think I could probably do another half right now...a full would be pushing it, but I could handle another 13.1 probably, although it would be real rough.

I have a whole multitude of things to hit on tonight...
1. I am a runner and also have experience with the Corps and can honestly say that speed is relative based on distance. When running a PFT, sub 6 minute miles is a must. However, when running a half marathon 10 minute miles is perfectly acceptable and can definitely be called running.
2. That shot from the train was spectacular.
3. That soldier got mocked around mile 17 for "slacking" and it started a fight in the crowd.

Maybe 2.5 miles. I remember my brother when he was doing a test for the Fire Fighter Training School he ran 2.5 miles in 14 minutes. But he puked once he finished because he drank a giant thing of Powerade right before. Good times.
Nice substitute, I think I'm going to use "Post Officed" more often xD

Today? Haha.
But back in the day I could run 15 miles and was dreaming of the San Diego 1/2 Marathon. Never happened.
-
well i just got done running like 4 miles, but I could probably do up to 6 or 7 at a fair pace
-
I think i could run/jog a mile walk then do it again I would do my best thats all I could do and the 50 mile dude thats crazy awesome

I define running as > 10 mph (anything less is jogging) so.. uhm.. 100 yards.. MAYBE 200 if I had to.. before I got shin splints so bad I would have to stop.

Tell that to thousands people who just "ran" the marathon yesterday :-)

Everyone defines 'running' differently.. I was in the Marine Corps.. so to me running means you have to be going 10 mph.. Other people say 6 mph.. So.. I was just answering the QOTD based off my opinion. Not taking anything away from anyone else.. But.. I don;t think I could ever RUN a marathon.. I couldn't RUN a marathon even when I was 19 in the Marine Corps. I could Jog a marathon.. I could almost run 3 miles.. (My best time ever was 19 mins in 3 miles) Some guys did it in 14.. they ran
