The Steel-Electrics left San Francisco Bay in 1940, sold to Puget Sound Navigation (Black Ball Line). Washington State Ferries took over the PSN Co. in 1951.
I can't tell if this is the Santa Rosa (converted to the single-ended Enetai) or the Redwood Empire (Quinault), but it sure is beautiful footage!
