this is not khmer, thai or laos. normal people dont understand these or monk itself. it is word of budda itself. if you are believe in white magic in khmer you will understand the meaning of it. not everyone or anybody will understand what very meaning of it...

Base of Thai language are from Ancient Sanskrit & Phali ( Not Bali, Indonesian). Phali in writing but when we pronounce is Baalee
