@TheHawk545 I know this is late, but don't walk on it! I tore my ligament in football practice and I played through it all year, now my ankle is messed for life.

@extremesk8hype Its been a year since I tore my ligament and it still hurts from time to time. Plus mine has a bunch of scar tissue and looks deformed now, when you tear a ligament the only way to fully heal is surgery.

I tore the exact same ligament skating. Mine looked just as bad and probably felt just as bad so I understand what you went through haha. But how long did yours take to heal because it's been a month so far and i'm still not healed yet.

Omg it hurt to watch this :O how's ur ankle? I hope it's better cuz u don't wanna have to go through what I'm goin through. I tore a ligament right above my ankle an broke the hardest bone to break in ur body right near the ankle :( I have had a torn ligament for 17months now and it has not healed. I'm now in a walking cast too and if it don't heal by my next appoinment I gotta get surgery :( so I really hope urs is better now! :)

Hi Katie i torn a ligament in my ankle when i was 14 and i had to have my ankle reconstructed last April but now its fully healed just take it easy and keep it elevated at all times and go and see a surgeon in the beginning i didnt think it was much and it got worse and worse i had a repair 3 casts on and an injection
but dont worry if you need to talk send me a message im a genius on the subject i suffered for 5 yrs with a torn ligament.

got a question if someone would answer it. monday i was sparring and i threw a leg kick and my friend backed up then my foot hit and knee and i heard something like a tear sound in my foot. well went to the ER that same day they said its not broken. doc said the bone was bruised really bad and could be a torn ligament. well im on crutches. i try to walk without them and when i try to put my foot straight it rolls on me or it turns left and it hurts hella bad =(. swelling got worse not went down
