  • This smoke ban is just a smoke screen. The truth is it's really a socialist private property grab to take away business from small mom and pop operations.

  • I'm a non-smoker with asthma... but I 100% agree with you. If someone wants to open a premises to cater for the consumption of a LEGAL product, it is FOR NO ONE to prohibit them, not even the government. We must continue to fight these puritan bans everywhere they rear their ugly heads. Thankyou for posting this, you're a star!

  • The GOV may not have the right, but they take the right tell you/me and everyone eles what you can and cannot do,and there is nothing anyone can do or say about it. this may sound like a defeated attitude but tell me has anyone ever gone to battle with the US GOV and WON??????

  • Listen to me, I respect the rights of everybody, they should have the right to smoke, but I live in an apartment and I have four neighbors on all sides of me that smoke and I can't even leave my windows open for a second without smoke coming in, its stupid. If you want to smoke and get cancer, all that good stuff, do it some where else so it doesn't harm other people. AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO MOVE BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE'S HABIT. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO LIVE WHERE I WANT SMOKE FREE!

  • @porkythepig007

No, thanks. I don't know where you've been.

  • @DanIsAces Fuck You

  • @BayesianMan

You wouldn't. Those brain cells you've already lost wouldn't come back, so no worries there.

  • @DanIsAces No, I'm serious. I'd quit smoking if I didn't think I'd become like you.

  • You wouldn't want people crowding public doorways, farting in your face every time you walk by, would you? Smoking in public is just as offensive. I'm not asking you to quit, I'm asking you to be just a little considerate of somebody other than yourself, for a change.

  • @USAGymnast

Actually, yes, you are. You're lobbying. If you haven't noticed any lobbying on the smoking side, that is not my fault.

  • @USAGymnast

You're of the belief that smoking in any area where it can physically harm the unwilling is acceptable, no conditions applied or compromise possible. That is the belief you're stubbornly shoving around. That, by definition, is bigotry.

I'm okay with compromise. You smoke where it will only affect you and leave the the unwilling out of your sick addiction. That's as reasonable as anyone could ask. There was no hypocrisy in anything I've said.
