@Syfjadur "Lets talk about something else" See how the interviewer changed the subject there. He got too cockey for his own good and got an answer he didnt like. It just shows how people fear what they dont fully understand. I wish he had have let him speak more about that subject because it was very meaningful and insightful. But maybe he didnt want to take that subject any further himself. I dont know. But i do know there should be more people like them around with there way of thinking

It is pretty well laid out by themselves in this interview, I am translating it bit by bit here, it may take a while for me since each comment only allows 500 characters and I have other things to do in life :)

Sigtryggur: Yes, at least it has been talked about a lot more in the media, and more airtime. This is for example the first time we are on television here at home, and the first time the Icelandic tv has done something with the band. But previously we have worked with the Danish TV last fall when we were there.
Third band member: Danish Radio, Swedish Radio....

Magnús: This also shows how the influence of the church can have a negative impact.
Interviewer: Let´s talk about something else. You have been playing outside of the country, your music in some sense more appreciated abroad, am I right?

Third band member: In the same way as people dont want to see a swastika, because they have learned to associate it with something unquestionably evil. Actually the swastika is an ancient religious symbol in fact it´s one of the most virtuous and oldest of symbols. So the fact the fact that Adolf Hitler butchered 6 million jews makes it a symbol for something awful. In the same way we should not want to see the christian cross today because so many atrocities have been done under it´s banner
Everbody who wants a translation of this into English tick the thumbs-up icon here ...>
....and maybe someday a nice bloke will heed the call.

This is good rare footage. I'd like a translation of the Peyr music-philosophy, can anyone post some hints if not the whole thing?
