were do you get these

usually older horn hook type locomotives have four wheel electrical pickup, usually on the front truck, and the rear truck has rubber tires on the wheels, which makes them run erratically also.

That or the track need's a serious cleaning.

It's actually the loco - it hasn't been broken in, I used it because it still had horn hooks on it. Figured it was a good place to start.
