Thanks Gordon Ramsey for visiting our country and bringing it to light. Most of the world know cambodia and its food as just bugs, spiders. However, there is so much culture and pride in the country that people just do not understand or are not willing to understand. For a country to bounce back after the devastation of what it and its people have been thru, I believe they're on the right track. American-Cambodians go there w/ no knowledge and come back full of pride and knowledge.
