Governmental extortion via property tax (part 1 of 2)

This freedom activism event took place in San Diego, CA, at the County Tax Collector's office (http://sdtreastax.com). It was a protest in which the morality of taxation, specifically property taxes, was questioned.

A number of peaceful individuals supported Joe as he paid his property tax in $1 bills. This afforded him and others time to ask challenging questions of the San Diego County Tax Collector, Dan McAllister.

The idea was to bring to the government employees'--and public's--attention the coercive nature of government. According to one woman who has been working there for 10 years, she has never seen or heard of an event such as this. In other words, it seems that the vast majority of people who are extorted by government never take the time to point out the immorality and injustice to those who presume to govern them.

Taking without permission, as a immoral act. When you promote this activity you promote evil upon humanity.
