C'mon Experience Hendrix, L.L.C., give us back SR Vaughn's version at El Mocambo. You allow KW Sheppard and John Mayer's versions to stand but take away the best cover of Voodoo Chile (slight return) in existence. Nothing any other guitarist does takes away from the legacy of the greatest, Jimi, but enhances it.

@jlillymoon I hardly doubt pretending to be SRV(who wasn't all that inspiring either) makes you the greatest blue guitarist alive. Now Derek Trucks, who took a lot of inspiration from Allman and Elmore James but doesn't sound like them makes you an amazing blues guitarist.
