    Over the past few months I have been expanding our weight loss retreat, which I am told is now apparently the biggest residential health retreat provider in Asia. This has consumed the majority of my time, however as promised I will definitely be making some videos over the next year. I hope you like and support them as much as this one.

  • Can and I do this everyday? Without stifling my ab progress?

  • @crapnutz Train the abs like any other muscle, not two days in a row. They also need time to recover to maximize your progress. I personally recommend to do this routine, Max 3 times per week. While it is my favourite, for best results, incorporate other ab routines into your plan.

  • Does anyone know if the workout at 2:15 is any like good workout? i have a decent set of ab muscles, and i can do about 80-90 of those in one go, correctly
