Over the past few months I have been expanding our weight loss retreat, which I am told is now apparently the biggest residential health retreat provider in Asia. Can and I do this everyday? Without stifling my ab progress?

@crapnutz Train the abs like any other muscle, not two days in a row. They also need time to recover to maximize your progress. I personally recommend to do this routine, Max 3 times per week. While it is my favourite, for best results, incorporate other ab routines into your plan.
