The Scale shot for this week was taken at night... I erased the scale shot from the morning accidentally :( I actually weigh 288.3 :) YAY!!! As you can tell, I didn't eat 3 slices of pie, it's something mentioned in my video. I hope you liked my puppies. Elle is BACK!!

@hydamyster It is so easy to put yourself down but 87 lbs is a lot to lose, you SHOULD BE proud of it! You feed negativity. All you have to do is train your mind, once the negativity seeps through, just switch it to something that makes you smile. Watch a comedy or something that will put a smile on your face. Repeat to yourself that you can do it, you have taken that much off and you can take more off. Exercise also helps. Even taking a walk can help. It raises endorphines. GL! xD

I love you! Just thought I'd tell ya. :) This topic is semi-related to the surgery but I was wondering how you have so much confidence?? I've lost 87 lbs as of this morning since my surgery in September and I have like zero confidence... how do you do it?? And you are gorgeous too! I wish I could be as confident as you and strut the clothes and makeup etc. I'm glad you're back!! :):)
