This last scene is a parody of the last scene in Midnight Cowboy. Dustin Hofffman goes on about how he's falling apart and eventually dies in Jon Voight's Arms in the back of a bus. "Everybody's Talkin'" by Harry Nilsson is the main song of the film. Great Film & Great Episode

Apparently, its a theme from the movie midnight cowboy, however, I never checked up on it again. Go try the midnight cowboy theme song maybe?
