Well this didnt help!!! Mine didnt come with instructions, what I needed help with was how to assemble the rods, nuts, and washers.

wow.. really? 250 lbs! (sarcasm) -- that is only the weight of 2 small people, I don't know about normal couples, but my husband and I combined weigh in more than 250, and sometimes like to sit on our couch together.
