Scott, this workout will definately go down in fitness history as the best 2 1/2 minutes in exercise! I am actually watching from my hotel room as I travel to Nashville and wondering what I'm going to do to work out tomorrow as this hotels "fitness" room is totally lame. I plan to rip this routine out tomorrow morning in my hotel room and so thanks for sharing and inspiring me to do so.

so you mean that doing these exercise will focus specifically on stomach fat (versus fat everywhere and some of it may be from ones belly)?
