Stuck in the Paleo's?
The Paleolithic Era was a window of time in which human ancestors left their natural environments. It is no coincidence that leading up to this time, the curious explorers were actively creating and relying on tools- some of which were eventually adopted to process and store food to survive new habitats. Adopting tools is not the same as adapting biologically, though. Meat intake degrades the digestive system.
