Creepy voicemail Unknown caller

So I this morning i reveived a call from an unknown number, which I never answer, and let it go to voicemail. I have a voicemail recorder box that allows me to hear what someone is recording when away from my phone. I got this message at 10:04am as I was making breakfest. After eating, I later checked my cell phone and noticed I had a missed call from home with no voicemail at 10:10am. I never called my cell phone and I'm the only one home. Hmmm??? Can't figure it out.

@sk1972 Wow! I bet it is them, then. I wonder if there are steps we could take. I've called them myself and told them that I am not the person they want and that I don't even know the person they are calling, but they still don't stop.

MrJamesreede & 1185slee have gotten near identical messages, and have also uploaded them. What MrJamesreede states started happening in his home shortly after each call is pretty unsettling,

I've gotten this message on my cell phone twice now! It's so creepy!

Do you also get collection calls from Money Mart? I get them for someone else, not me, and their calls have gotten more annoying. Was thinking this might be linked.
