How odd, I lived on 10 Henday for two years in the mid 90's and this is the first time I've heard of this!

Probably because Mackenzie Hall has yet to be renovated so it most accurately represents what Henday USED to look like. Henday has "newer" furniture then the original stuff.
Also it was probably the film-makers just being lazy and filming in their own rooms. Plus that Oilers towel really took away from the first argument of it being more authentic.
Cool video. Now I know the story. Lived on 8Henday. Knew a guy who claimed he lived in the ghost's room.

Oh ya! I've heard of this ghost story before... scared the living crap out of me since I lived on 7 Henday... Pretty good reenactment, but why is the reenactment set in Mackenzie hall? lol.
