because japan has strict emission laws.
if u go above 30000 miles on a car in japan u either get a new motor or scrap the car.
in a year in japan drivers would usually put 2000-4000 miles on their cars.

Driving in Japan, is not so bad. I would rent a car in Japan. I feel more confident now, because the video shows hows it like in Japan. Its the same way in America, except driving on the left and the knowledge of road signs.

There's a lot of travel congestion over there. Otherwise great video.
It's the Rainbow Bridge (レインボーブリッジ), connecting central Tokyo with Odaiba and the Bayshore motorway.
