Apparently the board glitched out on the first puzzle and they had to reshoot the bonus round with a different puzzle. The Bonus Wheel spin was re-shot with a dummy envelope in place of the one he actually picked, which is why Pat's playing with the envelope. As for the outcome, the guy solved A BIG HINT for $30,000.
