    Don't try to dump it onto a plate. Instead, use the plate as a lid for the box, then rotate the whole thing so the plate is then on the bottom. Life the box and your food is contained on the plate.

    It doesn't work as well with heavily saucy foods, but neither does pulling the box apart.

    I have only seen those chinese take out boxers at a salad fast food outlet. NEVER at Chinese restaurants... Chinese restaurants in OZ use plastic containers, which are also microwavable.
