I like how you used them apples. So damn good with pork! I have a couple pork videos to post if my computer would stop being a jerk. I havent been able to fifure it out but hopefully this weekend I'll be able to post.

I've never thought of PORK wellington ... great idea. You might try dried apples which would rehydrate with some of the juices and the egg wash would keep it golden instead of dark brown. Thanks for the video ... I will be trying this one.

Not bad for your first try, next time leave out the corn syrup and use plain water to seal the dough and if you don't have an egg for the wash just leave the dough plain. The sugar or corn syrup in this case is why it got so brown and didn't puff as much as it should have. All in all though it looked damn tasty.

@ewetubesuxass Thanks man...I read somewhere it said you could mix corn syrup and water if you didnt have a egg to brush the pastry...I guess that was a bad idea..
