WTF??? For all who think they know trucks and off roading.......NEVER pull in reverse! The gears are not designed to take all the vehicels torque in reverse. If you have had any apart you would see that and how the work..........And you should have (backed) up to the tahoe as close as possable and hooked up a short chain ......it would have picked the ass out of the hole and not broke the ricer. LOL!
