In this video I show you how to make candy and Carmel apples.

There's a video clip of me using a straw to blow the colored TLS around the apple to give it an even coat and to make it look like it's been dipped. This trick will also help with blowing off the excess TLS. Just blow the TLS downward until it forms a "drip" and remove BUT not to much, you still want that "spill" look.
