Glad you enjoyed my session. I'll try to tape more of those, but damn it all if having a video camera doesn't make everything take ten times longer to do than it normally would. :)

that's the part i'm not looking forward to Keith, that is, if i ever manage to get my crap assembled: the Technology. Lotek is my middle name. your studio set-up looks like the control deck of some menacing alien craft next to the murky basement corner where i sit crouched over & shivering into a SM58 & fostex 4-track cassette-holy-freakin-you-can't-be-serious-what-is-this-1983-or-somethin-i-mean-come-ON-man machine.....BUT...you inspire me to rise against these odds. thanks, man. shine on.

SM58s aren't bad mics if you use them well -- and that 4-track will teach you a lot. Always remember, you can't "fail" when you're experimenting and learning. :)
