How To: Make a Pulse/Strobe Effect on Sony Vegas (Transitions)

NOTE: You do not have to use the blur effect, you can use a dissolve effect, flash effect, anything you want and it will still pulse! It will just look either sharper, cleaner, or softer. You can also make your pulses longer or shorter by dragging the clips to your designated length. :)

KEY POINTS:
-To Insert a Marker press 'M' on your keyboard.
-To Split a clip press 'S' on your keyboard.
