For the first 4 moves, hold them for as long as possible.
For the last 4 moves, do as many reps as possible.
Have a 20 second rest in between each movement.

01. L Seat Hold
02. Cross Leg L Seat Hold
03. Wide Leg L Seat Hold
04. Tucked Leg L Seat Hold
05. L Seat Scissors
06. L Seat Small X's
07. L Seat X's
08. L Seat Knee Tucks

It's harder than it looks!! I did this a lot throughout December and it made a big difference.
