She was off her face in this. She was totally out of it because she had no conception of normality living in Los Angeles and being who she was, so she took whatever (from reports, cocaine) to try and deal. So now she is taking drugs because she can't control her life, and the more she takes drugs, the weirder the things she does, ending with more press.
The Brazilian idiots have a pair of panties to give to her as a "gift?" Thats... shockingly unfunny for people who are meant to be comedians.

Hahahahaha!!! They are from Panico na TV!!! It's a show that they have in Brazil that just makes fun of everything, and they don't give a rat's ass for anybody's opinion. So it's not like they are real reporters!
