I don't know whether this is an error by YT, but auto-play has now started up on non-partner channels (in the last hour or so). I first noticed it on my channel - I thought I must have clicked it by mistake. But when I checked other non partner channels (that have a featured video enabled) - they are all now on auto play!!

I wonder whether it was putting too much of a strain on YouTubes's servers. I don't suppose we'll ever get to know.

I wonder why that whole thing happened... Glitch? Torture? I wonder if partners complained? I didn't know of any that really cared that non partners now had autoplay - most of us were thrilled.

I don't know whether the partners will like it, as auto play was always the most visible sign that you were on a partner channel. Of course it might all be an error by YT, and gets taken off as quickly as it arrived. Watch this space!
