Overview of what is found in the MOBOTIX T24, M24 and Q24 hemispheric range. Includes a quick overview of the decentralized concept, because the MOBOTIX Hemispheric video technology is only made possible only because of the MOBOTIX decentralized platform. The MOBOTIX hemispheric camera captures a RAW 3-megapixel image stream and performs the image correction - all this is done with the need for an external PC with licensed VMS video management software and image correction plug-in.

  • What is the ideal mounting elevation? Which VMS platforms are you currently compatible with?

  • @chemicalsweet13

The Q24 field of view is designed to be mounted up to 3-5m from the central point of focus, if facial or object ID is required in high detail. For general overall viewing, over 5m is fine.

Sorry but the compatibility of VMS platforms is a moot question (refer to to 3:43 in the video). Hemispheric video technology can only work when the VMS software is in the camera, because of the bandwidth and compression issues caused when transporting the RAW images to a central VMS server.

  • Do you have to un-mount the camera to see the video saved on the SD Card or how do you do it... How do you see a live stream, it the camera wireless?

I'm very interested in this camera please help..

  • @jaime21985

The camera is an IP device with Ethernet port so can be connected to both a local computer for viewing and a router for Internet access. Thus images recorded to the camera's microSD card can be accessed both locally (from a computer onsite) and remotely (from a computer offsite). When connected to the Internet, mobile devices, such as iPhones, can be used for accessing and viewing images. High level access protection can also be setup in the camera to prevent unauthorized viewing.

  • The Demo Is done very brilliant.

What's odd is the trail it took to get here.

Started from Mac security system seminars email alert, not scheduled to review yet. I Googled the term with tweaked current results. Being I have purchased several ZS3" using H264 & we land here.

I looked at security system cameras for a long time & this is a very upscale stealth system for shop/office installation in due time.

I really like the fact it's developed in Germany.

    Thanks'
