Poor people know about survival more than anyone in society but the struggles they have to endure daily are intolerable. And it's not about education or using resources to get employed. There aren't enough jobs to employ everyone in need of work and the jobs that do exist often don't provide a living wage or many benefits. In fact, the more trained people there are in the job market, the more competition there is for those jobs and the less employers have to pay people.

To me, people should be more educated about the resources available. Has she been using just enough of those resources to survive thus far, but not resources that get her employed? I like that she speaks allowed, but with 200 arrests it makes me wonder. What's the drive behind that. I've been poor, I found resources, I found help, is it that I knew what to ask for, is this a generational difference? or do we need more programs to educate people to survive? is there survival info available?
