H.R PUFNSTUF INTRO

Okay, I know what ALL the comments are about. Yes. Yes, this is a drug-for-tv show. And yes, this is comical. I mean, c'mon, "H.R. Pufnstuf, who's your friend when things get rough? H.R. Pufnstuf. Can't do a little cause you can't do enough." If that isn't a druggie phrase, I don't know what is.

But it is a very entertaining show and Witchiepoo (I know, right?) is quite funny, so enjoy the intro because that's all I have uploaded.

Oh, the memories! Saturday was up-and-at'em day for kids in my generation. We started with cold cereal at 7am, a few Warner Bros. classics, then on to things like Pufnstuf, Superfriends, Johnny Quest and then American Bandstand. By the time Dick Clark came on, it was time to get outside and hang with friend on the streets or in the park. Funny how we had free time then, eh? In my town the monster movies came on Saturday evening so it was off to the movies in the afternoon. Great times!

HR Pufnstuf, was weird, but I think one of the cartoons it showed was 'The 3 Musketeers'. I may be wrong but Johnny Quest was a bit earlier, maybe early 70's and that was a good one.,It originally came on early evenings, at least here in Vancouver. You should type in Intro to Isis and to Shazam...Isis is about a school teacher who finds an amulet and ends up being able to fight crime as the goddess Isis, and Shazam refers to Captain Marvel.
