Well, being from the DEEP SOUTH, I get blasted with fire and brimstone, or rather I did from my Father growing up. He'd say, "A job worth doin' is worth doin' well, BOOOAY!" and then the bible stuff - "Whoever is slack in his work is a brother to him who destroys." (that's in Proverbs) Man's runnin' a small business who depends on skilled labor...Jeff will just be more careful wherever he goes and maybe nice Pete will hire him back once he's got more experience under his belt?

@backyardsounds Actually Jeff has moved on, and is now working with his dad at the city of dallas, in the water department. I stopped doing drugs and drinking and finally realized it's time to get his shit togeather, I wish him the best in life. Pete

Pete, your'e reminding me of Dwight Yokems character in Sling Blade when he's yelling at Carl and the kid. It's a little awkward to watch and thrown in the circus music and it's kind of creepy, but entertaining as hell! On the other hand Jeff really looks like he needs to get cleaned up, I can't imagine trying to do precise detail work in his condition.
