One funny thing is that the drill is routinely used by high schools and colleges across the United States, but they forget to change the drumline's position so as to form their home state, instead of Illinois!

My brother was in the marching band... and one of his good college friends was one of the DM's this year...
My brother said that the marching band would run across the quad, assemble, and play revised entrance #3 on game days... it was the loudest start and woke everyone up the most effectively ;)
If I go to U of I, I totally wanna audition for their guard!!! :D
