I noticed that S. Koreans have a total disregard for traffic laws and courtesy for others on the road. People just cut people off, liberal use of the horn, riding motorcycles on the sidewalk, no helmets, going on red light, etc. Back home you always hear defensive driving, but it seems like offensive driving here. The motto, "The best defense is a good offense," seems to be opposite here.
