@izzyxd117 During the fitting for the commercial, they assumed her dress size was 4. Round about the 15th skirt that she had to try on, the costume designer spun round and shouted in frustration at her bosses that no one told her that Portia was a size 8. Basically, very high pressure situation and people should have just dealt with the fact that at her height she wasn't going to be a size 4 and they didn't. The incident helped trigger her eating disorder.

She might be a good actress, but you just know she didn't mean that last line. I hate the media for what it did to her. She so deserves the happy life she now has.

After reading her book, knowing how deep into the disease she was at this stage, this commercial just makes me feel disgusted of L'oreal.

it really makes me want to cry watching this. and it's weird hearing her say "and i'm worth it" when i know she really didny believe that. but yes, Portia.. You ARE worth it :)

@BalletDancer312 Yeah, I really enjoyed her book, but if you want a REALLY good book about anorexia, read Crystal Renn's HUNGRY...It's a little bit better written.
