While I'm still nursing this wrist injury, I use straps tethered to the bar to rack my front squats. The other alternative would be to cross-arm it, but I heard that's even more unstable.
I guess I could also do Frankenstein squats where my arms just point straight forward...
Anyways, 125 kg double is a tough one, and I think my best triple has been 285 lbs. or somewhere in the neighborhood of 130 kg.
