@sbnemesis77 because companies are afraid to invest tons of money into a new game that they will not be sure of their success of, whereas games like CoD will always sell a predictable amount

Officialy, the game is not cancelled but its development is stopped. I also hope this game will come soon. It's not imposible : think about Duke Nukem Forever or even True Crime : Hong Kong.
