"Hitler wasn't a christian" Right, that is why all nazi soldiers had bible verses on their belt buckles. You should try sitting in on some middle school science classes.

"My feelings as a Christian points me to my Lord and Savior as a fighter. It points me to the man who once in loneliness, surrounded only by a few followers, recognized these Jews for what they were and summoned men to fight against them and who, God's truth! was greatest not as a sufferer but as a fighter. In boundless love as a Christian and as a man I read through the passage which tells us how the Lord at last rose in His might... against the Jewish poison."

    Hitler, Munich, April 12, 1922

"Tell me this genius, which teaching from the early church did he pattern his life after"

The blood libel in Matthew 27:24–25 that has driven Christian pogroms across Europe for thousands of years, culminating in the Holocaust.

"they were a reaction to Muslims trying to either subjugate or kill anybody that would not convert to Islam"

And by "reaction" you mean "Christians going to the Levant to either subjugate or kill anybody that would not convert to Christianity". Well, that's so much better.

"it may have been an overreaction"

Oh, no. Not at all. Would it be an overreaction if Marvel fans started murdering DC fans because their sets of superheroes are mutual exclusive? Of course not!

    1) i was replying to your "Hitler’s fruit was rotten to the core" comment, sorry if that confused you.

    2) yes they are evil bastards, that was the point.

    3) a christian is defined by their belief in Christ, and as well are not a telepathic species we do have to take each other on our words as to our beliefs, if we went by your definition there would be no Christians at all.

and yet Jews were generally safer in Muslim lands then Christian lands. (granted the muslims seem to be going threw their own crusader period now, but at the time they were the better option they just required an added tax)

and i have advocated no religion, and yet i would note that Christianity has a long history of suppressing other religions.

Also you really need to study the crusades. While it may have been an overreaction; they were a reaction to Muslims trying to either subjugate or kill anybody that would not convert to Islam. Muslims didn’t want religious freedom they want to forcing people to believe they’re religion just like you do.

Why can’t you people keep to one topic? Judge him by his fruits, did he act like a Christian. If you think he was it just shows your bias, you’ll believe anything that supports your beliefs. If you want to prove someone is a Christian you have to go to the Bible and find out what a Christian is. The examples you gave are evil bastards who called themselves Christians.

Tell me this genius, which teaching from the early church did he pattern his life after. Hitler also said “It’s a good thing for government that most people are stupid.” The Bible says to judge a tree by its fruit. I think that’s good advice, Hitler’s fruit was rotten to the core, as were his ideas.
