@kevincaronYeah Kevin, learned that lesson long time ago,now i just a finish nailer. That way they go right through, leave only a small hole on each side That way you don't nail yourself to a stud, out of reach of a claw hammer. No worse then piercing your nipples,or other body parts.
Reminds me of when I was a kid,my brother and I would have staple fights, only one rule,no stapling of the eyes shut. My Dad found out what we were doing and and told us to stop it.,using is staples I guess

does this cut stainless steel too? let's say a straightedge at 1/4" thick?

.@concussedcarneous. No. This is only rated to 16ga. Even the three series is on ly rated to 1/8 inch.

@kevincaron so i guess the only way to do it is by waterjet, huh?
concussedcarneous 11 months ago
@concussedcarneous No not at all. You can use a plasma cutter or Oxy/Ac. You could get a metal blade for a table saw and use that. If the cut is not too long you can turn it sideways and use a chop saw. Preferably a toothed blade instead of an abrasive one.Or the old stand by, you can get a lot of blades for your jig saw and just go really slow with lots of lube.
Any of those will work, just depends on your time limits and tools at hand.

Don't they call that a" throatless shear" in some parts? or is that just Southwest type talk?

@theflyinwop Nope, it goes by throat less all over the place. I just forgot to mention that in the video.
Good catch.
