Better question is how LITTLE debris was there. What was photographed were lightweight scraps which anybody could have planted.
Where was the tail? Luggage? Engines?
There has never been a formal identification of plane parts by the FBI
They stated in an FOIA request that they had none. That they didn´t bother because they ´assumed´ it was Flight 77 and didn´t deem it necessary.
