@problem49 unfortunately for the US people the single was issued on United Artists label only in England and in France in 1972. Look well on you tube there's a live version of Slow death recorded for french TV in 1972 in black and white. A masterpiece, from the same show there's also Little Quenie and Roll over Beethoven.

@The170460 I own the 12 inch version of the GREASE EP, which is what Roy was referring to. It says RECORDED LIVE AT MANGLES right on the label.
